SUBSTANCE: laser accomplishes generation of a peripheral multiple mode and tunes the resonator so multiple mode, and its beam flows do not merge in space. Then radiation detectors are installed behind the output reflector to detect the lateral shifts of beam flows of the multiple mode and regulate the length of the resonator and inclinations of its reflectors, attaching the minimum lateral shifts of beam flows relative to the detectors.
