METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS CONTROLLING OF WATER-IN-OIL EMULSION FORMATION

FIELD: production of explosives. SUBSTANCE: method involves continuous detecting of formation of water-in-oil emulsions immediately after emulsification process in product pipeline, with indicating instrument being used under any climatic conditions. Detector is mounted on product pipeline. Emulsion under control is pumped through product pipeline at predetermined flow rate. Indicating instrument has temperature-control device and zero corrector in analog-to- digital converter. Emulsion conveyance rate at location adjacent to detector is below critical conveyance rate under laminar flow condition. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method.
