The method for alarming the time to turn over the food in the microwave oven comprises the steps of : setting the power and cooking time after putting the food into the oven; weighing the food in the oven; calculating the time to turn over the food based on the total cooking time figured out by the weight of the food; counting time to alarm; and generating alarming sound after time counting.
