The transmission manipulation coupling device connecting a manual transmission and performing a revolving motion and an axial linear motion on a single shaft and making a shifting/selecting motion simultaneously or alternately with a gear shifting lever, in which a shift lever is mounted on an operating shaft in order to rotate the operating shaft and the front edge of a select lever which permits an axial linear motion of the operating shaft is coupled to be just rotatable on a rotation guide member, and the rotation guide member is fixed via a coupling means for forming a rotationally coaxial with the operating shaft's front end in order not to transmit the rotating force, created by manipulating the shift lever, to the select lever.
