FIELD: automatic control; protection of power-plant steam turbines. SUBSTANCE: protective gear has main pump, speed governor, piston loosely mounted in speed governor case under lower spring disk, piston space being connected via line to control valve shut-off relay to provide communication with starting pump delivery line or with drain line. Piston stroke is not shorter than that of speed governor control valve due to the action of its kinematic link with lower spring disk. EFFECT: improved reliability due to shutting off control valves in response to operation of protective system. |
