Balancing unit for cam shaft in IC engines

The compensating unit comprises control cams (3) which push the inlet/exhaust valves off their seats against the bias of return spring . A compensating cam (5)comprises lobes (6) to balance the variations of couple caused, on each revolution, by the bias of the valve spring on their respective control cam.A pushing device, activated by a spring, cooperates with the compensation cam. The compensation cam is a frontal rotating cam with the lobes extended virtually parallel to its axis.
