The sports shoe (1) has an upper (3) with a mobile collar (7) articulated on it, acting as a uncle guard. The articulation is formed by joining a pivot axis (21) to a complementary cylindrical seating (20), respectively situated on the internal and external faces of the upper and the collar. A pivot limiting axis (25) has, at its end, a head (26) of dia. larger than a curved slot (30) which is centred on the pivot axis (21). The slot has, at one end (33) an enlarged portion (34) with dimensions slightly superior to that of the head. This allows placing of the pivot axis head while assembling the shoe.
