A rockable bench has a bench-top (1) for the user to lie on and can be rocked, or tilted to create height differentials between the user's head and feet, without employing any external power (e.g., electric, hydraulic or pneumatic power) and solely by and undercontrol of the user lying supine on the bench top and moving a bar-shaped handle (5) which is linked to a leg (3) the top end of which is pivotally fixed and which can thus produce varying degrees of upward force to the foot-end of the bench-top (1). |
