Colour impurity detection in multicolour print esp. on offset machine

摘要

Main and subsidiary colour density values in the spectral regions of the individual colours are evaluated by densitometry and measured on at least one trouble-free sample print. From these densities a computational model of the subsidiary values as a function of the main value is derived.For each main density on the sample, subsidiary densities are calculated from the model and compared with the measurements. The discrepancies between the calculated and measured subsidiary values are used to evaluate the colour impurity.
