A coupling (1) for a corrugated conduit (4) has a body (2) with a rotatable retaining ring (3). The ring (3) has inwardly-projecting locking bars (38 and 39) and two finger grips (31 and 32) which project outwardly through slots (26 and 27) in the body. When the finger grips (31 and 32) are held and the ring (3) is rotated, the locking bars (38 and 39) are displaced inwardly to lie between adjacent corrugations of the conduit (4) and retain it in the coupling. <IMAGE>
