<p>A necktie knot supporting means (10) having a hollow upper section (26), a lower tongue section (28), where the knot supporting means (10) tapers from the hollow upper section (26) to the lower tongue section (28), and a bracket (34) for supporting a zipper fastener (30). The zipper fastener (30) interlocks and unlocks a neck embracing loop (14). A necktie front panel (12) is secured to the knot supporting means (10) for tying a knot (56) about the knot supporting means (10). There is a vertical groove (54) running from the tongue section (28) onto the hollow upper section (26) to provide an indentation which allows a more natural looking knot (56) to be tied.</p> |
