A cam follower (1) consists of an annular and a circular base section (2, 3). Both base sections (2, 3) are arranged concentrically to each other. A small cam (4) is allocated to the circular base section (3) and at least one larger cam (5) is allocated to the annular base section (2). The two cams (4, 5) are mutually phase-shifted in the circumferential direction. With a cam follower (1) coupled to the large cam (5), the small cam (4) with its projecting lift would undesirably actuate the cam follower (1). Thus, there are means for compensating for said undesirable lift in the cam follower (1). |
