<p>A stabilized enzymatic composition for clinical examination comprising: (a) an enzyme component containing at least two members selected from among alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and alanine aminotransferase; (b) a stabilizer component containing albumin and at least one saccharide selected between trehalose and sorbitol, each in an amount available for stabilization; and (c) an aqueous medium that dissolves components (a) and (b). The composition can retain the stability not only under the refrigerating condition but also under the freezing condition and the refrigerating condition after thawing for long as compared with conventional enzymatic compositions. It can be used to advantage in clinical examination for controlling the precision of measurements of assaying the enzymatic activity in a specimen such as serum, calibrating the result of measurements, and determining enzymes.</p> |
