In the heating apparatus, fixed shafts for heating rolls are installed. A plurality of grooves are formed on the outer circumference of the fixed shafts, and the heating rolls with the fixed heaters are mounted on inner circumference of the fixed shafts. And a heat shrinkable tube is connected in zigzags to grooves formed on outer circumference of the heating rolls.
