The apparatus includes a loader, and upper/lower metal molds, wherein the fixing jig for a clamp ring and slide housings are mounted at upper portions respectively through the centers of the loader and the upper metal mold and a supporting plate for the upper metal mold. Slide bushings are inserted into the slide housings by compression coil springs.
