A boxed bag wherein a film bag is integrated with a shape retaining box by fixing a hard opening portion of a film bag to the wall of the shape retaining box so that the hard opening portion extends through the wall from inside to outside, and wherein the top surface of a cap member closing an extraction opening of the hard opening portion from the outside of the box is substantially at the same level as the outside wall surface of the box. The hard opening portion of the bag is inserted through a first flap of the box from inside to outside and fixed thereto for integration with the box. At least one of two second flaps adjacent to the first flap is provided with a notch for receiving a portion of the hard opening portion located inside the box, and the top surface of the cap member fitted to the extraction opening of the hard opening portion from outside is substantially at the same level as the outside wall surface of flap of the box.
