The invention concerns a drive module with a rotatable switching axis with the switch settings OFF, ON, EARTH for multipurpose switch disconnectors, in particular for three-position switches in switch disconnector systems having manual controllable snap-action operating mechanisms or high-speed stored-energy mechanisms. The drive module (AM) comprises a drive gear unit (TG) which optionally comprises one or two drive shafts (AW1, AW2) each having an end plate (SS1, SS2) with corresponding drive cams (AN) which engage in peripherally disposed detent bores (EB) in the drive disc (AS) in order to drive the switch shaft (SA) of the switch disconnector. Drive modules of this type are used in switch disconnectors.
