The filling device (12) has at least one filling hose (13) which can be fitted to a tyre valve. Each filling hose has an operating device for the opening of the tyre valve, which has an operating core (14) through the hose and able to move axially in it.The operating core has projections (18-21) on the outside by which the operating core can be guided along the inside of the filling hose and is kept in a central position in it. The projections are arranged so that fluid can pass between the filling hose and the operating core.
