Enzyme polysaccharide powder having color element and silica can increase adhensiveness on skin, release the color element slowly and enhance the sensitivity of color, and when it is coated with soluable polymer, it holds the humidity of skin and keeps the make-up condition for a long time. Manufacturing method of composite pigment includes mixing the enzyme powder in water of PH 9-11 with color and silica and neutralizing by a metal salt. And drying and coating with soluable polymer is followed. Soluable polymer is one or more selected from soluable cellulose, polysaccaride, hextorite, bentonite. The composition includes 0.1-40 wt % color, 10-50 wt % silica, 0.1-15 wt % soluable polymer. 2-5% of composit pigment can be used as color make-up such as foundation, compact, lip stick, powder foundation.
