<p>The invention relates to a polymer essentially containing units of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1> and R<2> are hydrogen or methyl, and R<3> is C6-C14-aryl which can be up to trisubstituted by radicals selected from the group consisting of C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy and halogen, obtainable by reacting a polymer based on C1-C20-alkyl esters selected from the group consisting of methacrylic acid and acrylic acid, with an aromatic amine of the formula II R<3>NH2 II in the presence of an amine having a pKb value of </=9, and to a process for the preparation of these polymers, and to their use for the production of mouldings from these polymers.</p> |
