The disclosed training device is comprised of two opposite horizontal arms (2) hinged to a frame (1) which has a third vertically hinged arm (7) and a lower cross-beam (10) whereon are arranged two telescopically floating cushions (11) and a third hit cushion (8) is provided between the arms (2).
