PURPOSE: To prevent dew condensation in a first space by allowing the first space consisting of a double window glass having a blind in the inner part to communicate with a second space having a thermoelectric converting element by an air hole, and providing a drain hole in the second space. CONSTITUTION: A second space 5 having a thermoelectric converting element 24 having a radiating surface and a cooling surface is allowed to communicate with a first space 18 having a blind 30 between two window glasses 23 and 29 by an air hole 19. The thermoelectric converting element 24 is mounted so that the radiating surface makes contact with a sash to heat the sash and cool the second space 15. The dew condensation in the first space 18 is prevented to hold the dried state, and the moisture is condensed in the second space 14, and drained through the drain hole 20. Thus, the dew condensation in the first space can be prevented. |
