The engaging means 12, 22 are so formed that the webbing pull-out direction rotation of a reel shaft 102 is impeded by the pawls 111..., that protruding sqeeze 20 is sheared in the case of rotation impeding reaction transmitted from the pawls 111... exceeding the specified value and that the EA gears are rotated in the webbing pull-out direction while holding specified webbing tension to the peripheral edges of the fitting edges 10c, 10d. |
