<p>PURPOSE: To provide a valve device which can switch plural switching ports at the same time by rotating a valve shaft and is suitable for a gas adsorbing device. CONSTITUTION: In a valve main body 4, in which a rod-shaped valve shaft 2 and an inlet hole 3 in which the valve shaft 2 is inserted freely rotationally around its axis are formed, plural pairs of switching flow passage groups A-C, which consist of the first and the second flow passages R1, R2 individually connecting the first and the second ports P1, P2 and the first and the second connecting ports M1, M2 with each other and the third flow passage R3 connecting the third port P3 and the third connection port M3 arranged on the circumferential face of the valve main body 4 together, are arranged while shifted mutually in the axial direction. Therefore, in the valve shaft 2, a port switching groove 9 consisting of a main groove part 6 connected only to the third port P3 normally and a recessed part 7, which can connect the main groove part 6 to the first and the second ports selectively in the first stopping position, in which the valve shaft 2 is stopped, and in the second stopping position, which is different in the circumference direction from the first stopping position, is arranged in each of the switching flow passage groups A-C.</p> |
