PURPOSE: To attain excellent adhesibility and to prevent the generation of stripping or crack even after repeating a heat cycle and an absorbing and desorbing cycle in a film of a coated silica gel. CONSTITUTION: This coating method of an adsorbing and desoring agent comprises a process for forming an oxidized film on a roughened heat transfer surface of a base material, a process for spraying a colloidal silica having adsorbing and desorbing function on the heat transfer surface heated at 150-200 deg.C to stick it thinly to the whole surface, a process for applying a silica gel wetted by the colloidal silica and having strong absorbing and desorbing function thereon and a process for further repeatingly spraying thereon the colloidal silica after that.
