PURPOSE: To manufacture a cement plate having a deep irregular design pattern at low manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: On a wet type cement mat 2 manufactured by wet method, a dry type cement mat 4 which does not contain water substantially and can be patterned with a deep irregular design is formed. The wet type cement mat 2 is coated with a synthetic resin emulsion and/or a rubber latex 3 so as to cure the dry type cement mat 4 with its moisture. |
