PURPOSE: To make it possible to apply a seat pad commonly to various seat shapes, to pull over a skin and to avert the floating wrinkles generated in the skin by embedding a trim net in this seat pad and integrally foaming the seat pad from a resin. CONSTITUTION: The seat back pad 10 applied to a seat back 20 of a front seat of a passenger vehicle is produced by embedding the trim net 14 therein and integrally foaming the pad from the resin. The trim net 14 which is opened with pulling-over grooves 12, 12, 13, 13 to determine seat patterns at its back rest surface 11 and is formed of a hard resin as a grid structure is used for the seat pad 10. A trim cover assembly 21 is stopped and pulled over at the corresponding point of the trim net 14 and the circumferential terminal is stopped at the seat back frame. The seat pad 10 is assembled to the seat back 20 by assembling its frame and assembly 21. |
