PURPOSE: To provide a high sensitivity electrophotographic photoreceptor using specified oxytitanium phthalocyanine and less liable to a change in electrification potential due to repetition. CONSTITUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer 4 contg. an oxytitanium phthalocyanine pigment dispersed in a binder. The photosensitive layer 4 has the highest peak at 27.3 deg. Bragg angle (2θ±0.2 deg.) in its CuK X-ray diffraction spectrum and the half-width W at 27.3 deg. is 0.4-0.6 deg..
