PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition improved in compatibility and characteristics such as strength and elongation in comparison with conventional thermoplastic elastomer compositions not containing a carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber, and excellent in chemical, oil and heat resistances. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 10-80wt.% of a crystalline polyester having a melting point of 100-240 deg.C and 90-20wt.% of a nitrile rubber. Therein, at least 15wt.% of the nitrile rubber is a carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber, and the content of theα/β-unsaturated carboxylic acid in the carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber is 1.0-10wt.%.
