PURPOSE: To enable automatic detection when the output value or an acceleration sensor is abnormal by leading the output of the acceleration sensor into a control circuit, and outputting input abnormal display when the output of the acceleration sensor does not correspond to the change of vehicle speed information. CONSTITUTION: A program control circuit 10 is provided with a control means for making a solenoid valve 9 hold braking pressure when the display of a vehicle speed sensor becomes zero at the braking pressure of the specified value or more and the stroke of a clutch pedal is larger than the specified value or a transmission is in the neutral position and releasing the braking pressure holding state of the solenoid valve 9 when the transmission is set and the stroke of the clutch pedal becomes smaller than the set release point. A means for outputting input abnormal display when the outputαof an acceleration sensor 6 does not correspond to the change of vehicle speed information V from the vehicle speed sensor 1 is further included, and abnormality is judged when|α/(dV/dt)|deviates from a range of 0.7-1.3.
