<p>PURPOSE: To simplify a system for conversion of a waste plastics to an oil by combining an extruder, a heat decomposition section, a distillation section, an oven for heating a pyrolytic oil, and a cooler in a particular manner to constitute a treatment section for conversion to an oil. CONSTITUTION: A system for converting a waste plastics to an oil, comprising a pretreatment section for providing fragments of a waste plastics and a treatment section for conversion to an oil. The section 2 for conversion to an oil comprises an extruder 18, a cracking distillation column 31 disposed behind the extruder and comprising a heat decomposition section 31a and a distillation section 31b, an oven 21, for heating a pyrolytic oil, connected to the cracking distillation column 31, and a cooler 34 connected to the distillation section 31b. According to the system for converting a waste plastics to an oil, the cracking distillation column is simplified to reduce the number of processing operation units and, at the same time, to enable both an acidic gas and a basic gas to be simultaneously treated. Further, clogging of a condenser, a cooler or the like due to crystallization of a waste plastics based on a polyester, such as PET, is prevented and the quality of the oil can be freely selected by the distillation.</p> |
