PURPOSE: To provide a constant voltage output circuit which is of a voltage follower constitution using an operational amplifier and can input and output a voltage larger than the in-phase input voltage range of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The input voltage 10 is reduced by level shift by (2×VBE) by the NPN transistors TR 1 and 2 of the Darlington constitution, and the reduced voltage 10 is inputted to an operational amplifier 4. The output 12 of the amplifier 4 is increased by level shift by (2×VBE) by the PNP TR 7 and 8 of the Darlington constitution. Thus, the in-phase input voltage range of the amplifier 4 is apparently increased by (2×VBE).
