INJECTION MOLDING SIMULTANEOUS DECORATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To make the apparatus compact while performing proper decoration by supplying a decorating sheet to the gap between a female mold and a sheet clamp to perform mold clamping and injecting and filling a molten resin into the cavity between female and male molds to integrally bond an injection-molded product and the decorating sheet. CONSTITUTION: At the time of the feed of a decorating sheet 15, compressed air supplied from a pressurizing supply means is blown out all at once from blowoff ports 13, 14 and the decorating sheet 15 is fed through the gap between a female mold 10 and a sheet clamp 20 while bent along the peripheral surface of the female mold 10. Thereafter, the sheet 15 is cut at an appropriate place by a cutter 78 and the sheet clamp 20 presses the decorating sheet 15 along the peripheral edge of a molding cavity 31. The sheet 15 held and deformed by the sheet clamp 20 is heated and softened by a hot plate having a curved surface and, after a male mold is unified with and clamped to the female mold, a molten resin is injected and filled into the cavity between both molds to to be subjected to injection molding to integrally bond an injection-molded product and the decorating sheet 15.
