PURPOSE: To obtain a mold for a disk substrate with a hub capable of simultaneously and integrally molding the hub and the disk substrate, of which joined part between them has sufficient strength and forming no sprue. CONSTITUTION: This mold is constituted of a fixed die 2 and a movable die 3. A space 18 for forming the disk substrate is formed by closing the die, and a nozzle supply hole 10 facing to the space, a molten resin supplying nozzle 9 and a heating means 11 of a molten resin 8 provided in the longitudinal direction around the nozzle 9 are provided on the fixed die 2. Further, a freely forwarding/backwarding valve 12 for opening/closing the nozzle supply hole is provided on the axial position of the nozzle 9, and a hub attaching space 17 is provided in the movable die 3 on a position facing to the nozzle supply hole 10, and a set pin 14 of which size is nearly equal to the central hole of the hub 7 is provided on the center of the space 17, and further, an eject pin 16 for pushing out the formed disk substrate with the hub is provided. |
