PURPOSE: To stably form a film within a short time by making it possible to alter the width dimension of the film by preventing the leakage of a resin by arranging an outer deckle to the lower part of the single end or both ends of a lip. CONSTITUTION: The molten polymer supplied from a melting extruder passes through a molten polymer passage 2 from the inlet of a die to be developed in the width direction of the die by a manifold 3 and is extruded from a lip 5 in a film form through a lip land 4. When the width of a film is altered, an outer deckle 6 determined in shortening width (having predetermined length) is arranged to the rear surface of the single end part or both end parts of the lip 5. This outer deckle 6 is formed into a non-slide/non-lip insertion type structure. That is, for example, after the deckle is attached and fixed to the die lip, it can not be freely moved and a part thereof is inserted in the lip 5. |
