PURPOSE: To provide a printed wiring board having a shield layer to avoid radiating electromagnetic wave noise outside whereby the crosstalk is suppressed or avoided, with keeping the simplicity of the pattern and easiness of fabrication, by making the shield layer having a crosstalk suppressing function. CONSTITUTION: Conductor layers 2, insulation protective layer 3 and shield layer 4 are laminated on an insulation base to form a printed wiring board. Parts 30 of the layer 3 on the lines 2 have a smaller thickness than that of other part of the line 2. |
