<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a high voltage pulse transformer device with a ferrite core simply attached to a coil bobbin by filling up a case with an insulating resin and molding it after fixing the coil bobbin to the ferrite core with a piece of double coated adhesive tape and placing it in a case with one surface open. CONSTITUTION: Attachment of a cylindrical ferrite core 1 to a hollow, cylindrical coil bobbin 3 is performed by a piece of double coated adhesive tape 2. The coil bobbin 3 and the cylindrical ferrite core 1 are mutually combined and fixed together is placed in a case having one surface open, and the case is filled up with an insulating resin (such as epoxy resin). Also, a recessed groove is formed on a side surface the cylindrical ferrite core 1 and, on the other hand, a tapered projected portion having a taper which makes a space gradually narrower can be formed on the inner cylindrical surface of the hollow, cylindrical coil bobbin, thereby permitting the attachment of a cylindrical ferrite core 1 by merely forcing said core 1 in a coil bobbin 3.</p> |
