PURPOSE: To improve cooling to prevent any practical problem in terms of temperature even without a body cabinet and to facilitate assembly. CONSTITUTION: An upward U-shaped wind tunnel 2 with a bottom plate 2a and both side surface parts 2b is formed, a cooling fan 4 is provided at one edge inside the wind tunnel 2, and at the same time a main circuit 3 is arranged inside the wind tunnel 2, and the main circuit is exposed to cooling wind. Also, in the main circuit 3, a plurality of rows of semiconductors are arranged and fitted to a heat sink 7, the terminals with the same potential of semiconductor are interlocked by a conductive plate with an area nearly over the entire surface of a row of semiconductors for making connection to the plus and minus sides of a DC power supply. Further, two conductive plates may be overlapped. |
