<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving taste peculiar to KIMCHI by improving a KIMCHI storing container so as to prevent the deformation of an air-tight container by means of gas pressure which is diverged in KIMCHI divergence process and to prevent reduction in the divergence quantity of carbon dioxides by which taste peculiar to KIMCHI is obtained. SOLUTION: The divergence of oxygen or nitrogen, etc., is suppressed and that of the carbon dioxides is increased so as to permit a large quantity of carbon dioxide gas to be dissolved in KIMCHI in the storing container. The storing container 10 includes a ventilation hole 22 piercingly provided in a lid body 20, a filter body 24 fitted at the inner side of the lid body 20, a capillary tube 28 connecting the ventilation hole 22 to the filter body 24 and a very small hole film 32.</p> |
