<p>PURPOSE: To provide a hand hole having a new structure and a constructing method for burying the hand hole under the ground and inserting a cable through the hole. CONSTITUTION: A hand hole 10 which is provided between ducts 4 where transmission cables are laid is equipped with a box l having a lid 101 on top, a plurality of pipe-like sockets 2 respectively buried in the facing side walls of the box l, and a bisected rigid pipe 3 having an inside diameter nearly equal to that of the sockets 3. The sockets 2 are protruded inward from the side walls of the box l and the pipe 3 is fixed to the sockets 2 so that its internal surface can be flushed with those of the sockets 2 and the pipe 3 can be removed from the sockets 2.</p> |
