CONSTITUTION: A convergence controller for transmitting data for terminals, exchanges, etc., to be simultaneously communicated through plural connections consists of a common buffer memory 13 for temporarily storing received transmitting data, a communication managing part 11 for determining transmitting data volume and a threshold in each connection based upon a transmission request from the memory 13, a timer 12 connected to the managing part 11 and capable of setting up fixed unit time necessary for transmission, and a protocol processing part 14 for executing protocol processing in order to transmit the transmitting data.</p> |
