PURPOSE: To simply attain an infrared-ray transmitting equipment capable of suppressing the interruption of a signal generated due to the delay of the signal and the shift of a phase as less as possible without requiring complicated constitution. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit 101 executes FM modulation for an AV signal from a VTR incorporated video camera 103 and transmits the FM modulated signal as an infrared-ray signal. The infrared-ray signal generated from the unit 101 is received by a light receiving unit 102 and converted into an AV signal. The unit 102 extracts the carrier frequency of right and left audio signals from the unmodulated AV signal and supplies the extracted frequency to a transmitting unit 106. On the other hand, the AV signal is FM-modulated and supplied to a TV receiver 105. The phase of the unmodulated signal supplied from the unit 102 to the unit 106 is matched with that of an infrared-ray signal S2 by the unit 106 and transmitted as an infrared-ray signal S1. The signal S1 is received by a wireless headphone 107 and reproduced as voice. |
