PURPOSE: To accurately perform positioning in constitution positioning both of a screen mask and a substrate while detecting the positional shift of both of them by a visual confirming device. CONSTITUTION: A cream solder printer stores the first cursor position data showing the movement of a cursor 16 at the time of the movement of the cursor 16 to an objective position in such a state that the image data of a screen mask 4 taken by a camera 12 is displayed on a display screen 15 and also stores the second cursor position data showing the movement of a cursor 16 at the time of the movement of the cursor 16 to an objective position in such a state that the image data of a substrate 2 taken by the camera 12 is displayed on the display screen 15 and operates the positional shift of the screen mask 4 and the substrate 2 on the basis of those cursor position data and moves the screen mask 4 or the substrate 2 on the basis of this positional shift to perform the positioning of both of them.
