PURPOSE: To speedily perform the salary management and flexibly cope with it. CONSTITUTION: It is made possible to input and output employee data, calculation expressions, and frame data required for the salary management relating them to each other to and from a data memory 3 by a data control part 20, and a table figure retrieval part 21 reads a table corresponding to table elements included in a calculation expression read out to a calculation expression arithmetic part 22 from the data memory 3 and retrieves display data in the table, and a calculation expression arithmetic part 22 calculates the calculation expression by substituting the display data in the calculation expression. Therefore, even when contents of salary items are changed, the table is displayed on a display means and salary items are inputted to the corresponding places of the display contents, thereby eliminating the need to generate a new calculation expression for the salary items after the modification. |
