PURPOSE: To eliminate position delay of a rotor position signal for stabilization by adding and subtracting a compensation value determined by the resistor of an armature coil winding and the coil winding current to and from the detector coil winding terminal potential of each phase only for an actual drive period for compensating each phase terminal potential and applying the detected rotor position signal to the armature coil winding of each phase for driving. CONSTITUTION: A terminal potential is compensated and compensation terminal potential signals 1a, 1b, and 1c are outputted to a terminal potential compensation circuit 1. Then, the terminal potential of each compensated phase is compared and logic signals 2a, 2b, and 2c are obtained by a comparison circuit 2. Further, the logical signals 2a, 2b, and 2c are subjected to waveform shaping and rotor position signals 3a, 3b, and 3c are obtained by a waveform-shaping circuit 3. A rotor position signal generation circuit 4 is constituted by including the members of the terminal potential compensation circuit l, the comparison circuit 2, and the waveform-shaping circuit 3. Then, a commutation circuit 9 outputs drive signals 9a-9f according to the state of input signals and switches a group of drive transistors TR1-TR6. |
