<p>PURPOSE: To provide both a method for thawing by which the interior and exterior of frozen fishes and shellfishes such as a lobster or a shrimp, a cuttlefish or a tuna, plants such as vegetables and fruits, vegetables or natural flowers and viscera, etc., as materials to be thawed are uniformly and rapidly thawed and a thawing means can be miniaturized and an apparatus therefor. CONSTITUTION: This method for thawing is to sink materials to be thawed in a brine tank 1 housing a brine liquid 4 prepared by dissolving a salt in an alcohol liquid and thaw the materials to be thawed. Furthermore, this apparatus for thawing houses the brine liquid obtained by dissolving the salt in the alcohol liquid in the brine tank equipped with cooling pipes 15 and 19 of refrigerators 14 and 17 installed therein.</p> |
