PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for drying persimmons capable of surely securing the persimmons thereto. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for drying persimmons is obtained by forming plural window holes 2 side by side at a prescribed interval in a belt member 1, providing each nipping hole 7, capable of nipping each peduncle of persimmons and having a width narrowed toward the lower end and smaller than the diameter of the peduncle at the lower edge of each window hole 2 and forming a slit 3 at the lower end of the nipping hole 7.
