PURPOSE: To recognize reception by a main body side even from a remote place by providing a αreceptionβ display part which emits light by a light emitting element on the front panel of the control part of a karaoke device. CONSTITUTION: The αreceptionβ display part 22 is formed in such a way that a character of αreceptionβ is colored on, for example, pleastic, etc., and a light emitting diode 2 provided at the back emits the light, and the character of αreceptionβcan be recognized brightly from the surface through a part through which the light transmits. In such a case, a CPU recognizes a completion signal every reception of instruction from a remote controller 1, and outputs a response pulse to a response driver 6, and the response pulse is sent to a timer simultaneously. The response driver makes the light emitting diode 2 emit or flicker according to the response pulse.
