PURPOSE: To prevent the abrasion of a slinger and a rear cover by installing an affiliated parts forming the slinger and the rear cover in contact with the width surface of the inner race of a bearing, and interposing a lubricating agent on the contact surface between the inner race and the affiliated part. CONSTITUTION: A bearing unit is constituted of a slinger 2 as affiliated part and a rear cover 3 which are installed in contact on both the sides of a bearing 1 and an inner race 4, and the inner race 4 is made of the bearing steel, and the slinger 2 and the rear cover 3 are made of the carbon steel applied with annealing. The slinger 2 is installed on an axle, and an oil seal 9 is slidingly attached on the outer periphery, and the rear cover 3 is installed on the center side from the bearing 1 on the axle, and an oil seal 11 is slidingly attached on the outer periphery. Each lubricating agent 15 is interposed on the contact surface between the inner race 4 and the slinger 2 and on the contact surface between the rear cover 3 and the inner race 4. As the lubricating agent 15, is used the grease or solid lubricating agent. Accordingly, each abrasion of the slinger 2 and the rear cover 3 is suppressed by the lubricating action, and the precision in the axial direction of the bearing 1 is maintained, and the reduction of the bearing life can be prevented. |
