PURPOSE: To stabilize the operation of blades according to wind force in a wind power generator for changing the pitch angle of the blade according to the wind force. CONSTITUTION: Spokes 11 are radially provided on a horizontal power shaft. Lugs 17, 18 provided on the spokes 11 and blades 16 are interconnected through a connecting shaft 19 parallel to the spoke 11. The blade 16 is swingable between an angle of one end edge 16a abutting against the spoke 11 to be inclined to a plane orthogonal to a power shaft and an angle of the one end edge appropriately orthogonal to the plane. A leaf spring 21 surrounding the connecting shaft 19 is compressed to be pinched between the blade 16 and spoke 11, so that the blade 16 is energized in the direction of closing the blade 16 relative to the plane. When wind is not so much strong, the blade 16 receives the wind to rotate the power shaft. When the wind is too strong, the blade 16 is set to a state along the wind direction against the leaf spring 21 so that the blade 16 can be prevented from being broken caused by the strong wind. |
